Slowest Sonic west of the Mississippi! All I wanted was an iced coffee and they couldn't even make that correctly. It was remade and still bad. UPDATE 10/13/17 - I have given this Sonic another chance, mostly because it is the only one in the vicinity to our Sunday activities. They have totally improved on their iced coffee skills and it now is the best Sonic to purchase an iced coffee at. I upped my rating to three stars from one star. While the service for the two recent visits was a lot faster, I am still a bit skeptical until I actually venture to purchase food.

When I placed my order it was outside in the cold because I was on foot... I ordered 2 ice cream style drinks (ie. cream slush & a blast) when they brought my order out to me, both drinks were covered in ice cream dripping from the top of the lids & all the way down the sides. Then, when I asked for spoons & napkins, he proceeded to deliver food to two other vehicles leaving me standing there waiting in the cold just to wipe down their mess! Rude. They should have done that before even bringing them out to me! No customer deserves to have ice cream all over the cup whether they're in a vehicle or not. I mean who wants ice cream in their lap or all over their hands?

SOOO SLOW!!! Unfortunately this is the only sonic near my house as others are not easily accessible, so we do go here. However, this is the slowest sonic ever, it would probably be faster to go to the locations further away. Not only are they slow but they always, at least twice a month if not more, have something that's broken. (I.e slush machine, hard ice cream machine, stalls ect.) It gets old really fast. If I didn't like ice cream slushies as much as I do, I would never go here. Oh and not to mention it is rare that an order gets given to customers correctly. They need to figure it out, as I'm shocked they are still open.
