Mostly friendly service. The reason I give 4 stars is due to the attentiveness and beyond excellent customer service of the male bartender (shift lead?) that took the time to have a down to earth conversation with me during the wait for my to-go order, along with making sure myself and the customers received exceptional care. He was able to do of this while taking care of his obligations, and some of his coworkers, all during closing. Some staff can be rather slow and inattentive resulting in less than desirable waits. Most of my orders have been almost completely correct, but I would recommend checking before leaving. If something has been missing the staff is normally able to provide the item(s) in a quick time frame.

Excellent customer service from Jennifer. Went beyond and over with customer service and friendliness. Very energetic and pleasant and polite. Food was good. Husband was very satisfied with there baked beans he's very picky when it comes to baked beans.

The host was great and we were seated as soon as we walked in. The food was great and very delicious. All of our drinks were refilled quickly. Good food and good atmosphere. Will come back soon

The salad bar has really gone downhill. Half the choices than ever before. The BBQ is still really good.

Last night, we went because I’ve always loved this place. Especially the corn bread. We walked in and it seemed okay until we hit the hostess desk. She never spoke to us, just wrote down a number and walked away. We were finally seated and waited for the waitress for about 10 minutes. When she came, we ordered our drinks and food. We got our drinks and everything was great but as it got later, it was getting annoying. We waited another 35 minutes. It wasn’t busy, there were things crashing in the kitchen and our waitress never talked to us until she passed by us and said she hasn’t forgotten. We stayed a little while longer and then decided it was time to leave. We had been there for an hour. I will not be back which is sad because I loved it.
