This is my normal location fpr Zaxby's so I frequent here a lot. I order the buffalo dip and tater chips quite often as well, so I know the routine of having to pull to the side to wait on them. Usually takes around 10 ish minutes depending on how busy they are. I waited for well past that time frame. I wasn't mad, they were pretty busy, during the time of people getting off work, so I thought I had just been forgotten since I wasn't right there in the store. I went inside to ask about it and the girl at the counter was shocked I had been waiting so long and immediately told the manager. They quickly made a fresh batch of the chips for me and I believe he was the manager, Michael, provided me with a very generous solution to the problem. I have worked years in retail, customer service, and restaurants, so I know how situations like these should be handled and this situation was handled perfectly. This is a prime example of excellent customer service.

They did not observe teacher appreciation week other than one day. How stingy can you be? They're are barely any schools in Conyers. You couldn't afford to give the few teachers around their due? Chic fil a is much better.

I came to pick up lunch for my 3 co workers & the cashier gave me the hardest time, even after I explained to her I was reading orders off of sticky notes so to bear with them. I asked her if she wanted me to place my order inside since I could clearly hear the attitude through the speaker! I always eat here & never have complaints, but after receiving a nasty attitude from my cashier & all of my co workers food was missing something, I will be eating at other Zaxby's locations elsewhere!

Service is always great at this location and wait times are short. The only thing that is annoying is that they closed the road so you can't make a left so you have to cut through Lowes.

I love this place to eat. Now not every resturant is the same, but this zaxby's is wonderful. The food was great. I will be bk!
