They are not at this store in suprise az anymore ( across from the taco bell.
And the sams club ) went out of business

I found the staff at this bike shop to very helpful and professional in helping me select new tires for my bike. Terry even went the extra mile for me in checking my gears to ensure they were operating smoothly free of charge. Thanks Terry again for your kind deed. Greatly appreciated 🖒🖒

No help!  
On Feb 28th we were charged for service on our bike.  they were having trouble with their system and could not produce a charge receipt but we did receive a hand written receipt.  Received a call on March 1st that the charge did not go through and we should return so they could rerun the charge.  
A few days later, we realized we have now been charged twice for the service.  Returning to the store, they couldn't do anything to fix this but reassured us they would be sure the Owner took care of it.  Several calls and promises later, we have not received our refund for the double charge.  False promises by Owner and lack of ability for the store staff to help.
