Just got my new cream-colored Haro Del Sol Lxi 7.1 this past Friday from Joe and company. Amazing bike. So smooth, and far superior to my previous TREK. Already took it out for two solid 20-mile rides. Could NOT have gotten this bike without Joe's kind and knowledgeable input and process as he patiently answered of all my tedious yet important questions. (I'm a researcher!). Also, thanks to Brian for building my bike so perfectly, and to Ryder for his professional assistance. The BOP LBS legend continues! :)

My new favorite shop!   Joe, Brian, and Ryder are all fantastic and treat you like you have been coming to the shop for years.  They take the time to actually show, teach, and explain what is going on with your bike.  Appreciate the great customer service and funny atmosphere (they even have a drum set in the middle of the store!)

Great service.   Don’t charge for what they can’t do.  Rang me and let me know they could not undo brake as bolt had corroded.   Found a replacement at reasonable price and bike as good as new. A bit out of the way but worth searching for

Needed to have my rear de-railer indexed because I messed it up. A gentlemen in the shop took me right away. Was personable. Explained everything he planned on doing and the cost. Let me watch him work on the bike. The bike is working great. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Joe is the man, he helped me search for the mountain bike that would best fit my experience for the best price out there. Fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend this bike shop to anyone
