Everything was kind of fine until today 10/12/17 I  have always been very tolerant , never complained for waiting times of up to 2 hours there, (just to have my kids being called inside the rooms)  my 2 kids had been patients here for at least 6 years, my daughter had her braces done here as well so for 2 years of her having the braces with frequent visits I had to endure over booked appointments and long waiting times  and I never complained. But today was just unacceptable,  I had an appointment at 1:35 pm, I got there at 12:55 and when I told my sons name they told me  " ooh we called you yesterday to reschedule this appointment, cause the doctor today its only doing cleanings on adults, " so i went on to check my phone, didn't have a missed call nor voicemail,  so i told them, no call from you, and  'I don't live across the street, it took me 45 min drive to get here, plus i had to pull my son  out of school,  had to miss my work today and i don't see another chance  to get another day off anytime soon , so please can you ask the doctor and see if she makes and exception today, i will gladly wait, "  so this girl just told me  " NO , even if I ask the Dr. she won't do it, she won't care,  we know her ."  and then she added "but i can give you a slip for his school absence, "  So my point here is:  we do have a life besides whatever you see at your desk when someone shows up to comply or request and appointment,  in my case you called me and offered me the cleaning, and suggested me your available appointments days and time,  I never made you to fit me in between your probably already over booked scheduled day today, you are offering a service, and whatever is the method of payment/insurance some how I do pay for it,  We are not asking for Charity or free Services, You have a Business and you should take good  care of it, since reputation and trust its what has been keeping me as a patient in your office for this many years.

I love it! They have great service and the staff is lovely/friendly. They speak both English and Spanish which is amazing. I made the right choice to come and get my braces here! Only took me a couple years and now I get to take them off :) so excited!!

Ive had a great experiance following up for my braces the last 2 years. They have a wonderful team of knowledgeable and kind staff that take care of their patients.

I did not have a good experience with this dental office. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff is pretty friendly as most reviews indicate, and the one star rating is not a reflection of their customer service, but a refection of the low quality materials they use in this office, and the way the office is run - with EXTREMELY limited operating hours. They installed and serviced the braces on my bottom row of teeth and also installed a retainer that was supposed to be a lifetime retainer (more expensive than the ones you have to remove nightly, and supposed to last much longer). 

The retainer broke within 6 months of install and it was sold to me as a lifetime product! Obviously nothing lasts forever but I did expect it to at least last a few years without breaking!

It was sooo hard to get an appointment for them to fix it, that I was forced to give up and pay to have it repaired at a different office!  

My second issue with this office is that they have extremely inconvenient office hours - which changed abruptly during my time with them. I was told by the staff that they are now on a "retirement" schedule and are only open 4 days a week, with limited hours - opening late and closing early EVERY DAY. No evening appointments, no early morning appointments, no weekends, and no Fridays. If you work a 9-5 it's basically impossible to get an appointment here without taking time off work - and many of their services have a "morning appointment only" restriction that they don't tell you about until after the braces are installed. 

If you have unlimited free time to book appointments around their weird, inconsistent schedule - then go for it, but this is not the place for me.
