My kids have been coming to Bolingbrook dental care for quite some time now.  Today, 11-8-17 the whole family came to the office this afternoon for both of my children yearly cleaning,  and again  had a great experience!  One reviewer said that they were treated bad because they had medicaid.  We have medicaid and we have NEVER been treated inferior or poorly because we have this insurance.  The staff has been very nice and polite to us all this years.  Erica was the person that saw one of my daughters and she was great! polite and very friendly.  Doctor Isra Hamad, D.D.S was so sweet and great as well.  Though is far from our home, we will continue coming to see them.  I highly recommend them.

From the moment you walk in to the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist I've had no problems they're courteous, caring and informative. A perfect place for dental care.

Total waste of Time! Unprofessional; Poor Customer service. My kids needed dental Exams for the up coming school year so I went ahead and scheduled they're appointment on my day off & before this school year ended. I Drove 90mins. To the appointment and the Dentist could not see them because he/she was running behind. They should of said they could not fit them in when I spoke to the receptionist over the ph. & stressed that it was a drive for us instead we lost 3hrs of our day. The nerve to ask me to reschedule. Um no!!! Poor Customer service

My son had a procedure yesterday and the dentist and staff were extremely child friendly.  Which is something I really look for.  I was in the next room and could hear the dentist and her assistant talk very carefully to my 10 year old.  They explained everything they were doing to him, which helped him relax and not to be scared.  I also had an appt, and ended up needing a lot work (I've had jaw discomfort, sensitive gums, some eating issues).  After completing the exam, the dentist explained in great detail all the problems I had, followed by the options available.  We were going to schedule future appts for the procedures, but her next appt canceled and the dentist asked if I wanted to start that day.  Which I took the opportunity.  I was there longer than I had originally planned (had not anticipated a procedure) but I'm glad I am half way done.  The dentist and her assistant were both very kind and made me feel as comfortable as one could possibly feel under the drill.  LOL.  
We had an early afternoon appt and only waited about 10 minutes before they called us in.  They started immediately after I sat down.
I've read some bad reviews and I am really confused because this place is very clean and I can't say enough on how extremely friendly everyone is.

Terrible customer service. I was a new patient, brought my records because I had been examined recently by my previous provider. I recently moved to Bolingbrook so I needed to transfer my service.
Came in with my records, Dr. wanted to take a look at my teeth anyway, long story short, I had to end up paying them because my insurance would not cover their charge since the exam was performed less than 2 months ago (which I told them). Called when I received the bill, they answered in less than 2 minutes, asked to speak to a manager and call was disconnected. Called back and spoke to the “Manager” after I saw that she was not trying to offer any alternative or work with an obviously upset patient, I advised that I would pay their $55.00 but they would lose my business (my copay would have been more than 300.00 plus what my insurance would pay for the procedure I needed) and all she had to say was “ok” in a very nonchalant way. Called back to pay and get the “Managers” name and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. If I could give them zero starts I would but no option for that.
Spoke to a family member who went to their office years ago and had a similar experience. I sure wish I had spoken to them before I went to this joke of dental clinic.  If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you.
