I've always had great experiences! They give you a discount for referring friends, which is nice. I see Brittany, and she's super sweet and always checks in several times to make sure she knows what I want and that she's cutting my hair the right length as she's cutting it. Nice space too.

Shelby is my girl! Always does a fantastic job. Hair looks and feels fabulous every time.

Love the new place. Good feminine vibe.  Great hangout spot.

Sami does my hair and she's fantastic! A full color and trim ran me around $120 for my first visit, and while that's up there for some people, you are really getting what you paid for. Sami was incredibly attentive to what I wanted; she nailed the exact color I was going for. She even set me up with some Redken products for free to maintain the color until my next visit! The rest of the staff were very nice and cheerful. They offer you water or coffee too, which is pleasant. Overall a great experience!

I’ve been visiting Chelsea and Sorella for years. Could not be happier. They are always extremely professional and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Chelsea and Sorella and keep up the great work.

I'm new to the area but this place overbooked my appointment and acted like they wouldn't do what I asked probably due to the fact she had two people and no time. They are definately overpriced  for what they can or will do. Very unsatisfied.
