Opened in 1999, Sotto Sotto creates authentic Italian food, with complex flavors that develop from centuries of Italian culinary traditions. Sotto Sotto’s impeccable hospitality and intimate dining room promote the feeling that one is dining in a roomful of friends rather than strangers. A hundred years of plaster layer the dining room walls, hand-sandblasted by chef-owner Riccardo Ullio to create abstract patterns of pale blue, cream, faded green and turquoise, reminiscent of a seaside Roman villa.
