I distrust overly positive reviews, so I'll start by saying that I found these guys through google and I don't know them at all other than as described.
I went in to see them in their very nice store, and told them I wanted something simple but full service. They showed me the options and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They performed according to promise. Their attitude and service was over the top, and I'm not an easy customer. I bought some wireless speakers that didn't work well; they did their best to make them work, and then took them back without hassle. They were not cheap, but I did not want to mess with all the details myself, so I thought they were well worth it. Derek was the guy I worked with, but the other guy seemed good, too.
