I come here all the time and this place has the best soup dumplings. The staff are super nice too. The only reason for this four-star review is because the place always seems to be packed. There's always never enough room and that just seems crazy to me. I came on Wednesday and the place was packed at 8 o'clock. Despite how busy it is, you should DEFINITELY come here!

SOUP DUMPLING HEAVEN~😍 This is one of the best Chinese restaurant with some of the best food around. The star is the soup dumpling but that doesn't mean the other dishes isn't good. It's great. We ordered the fish head casserole and it was awesome. The setting is cozy and staff friendly. If you're near by, I would recommend you stop by.

Very tasty and authentic food. Saw reviews on Yelp and decided to try it with my husband, who is Chinese. The crab and pork soup dumplings were to die for. We placed one order, ate them all (I dip them in Chinese vinegar, which scandalized him, but he tried it and is now a convert!) and later we ordered them AGAIN -- succulent, tasty, fabulous! We had the scallion pancakes (not the ones with beef) which had flaky layers - the first time I've not had a gummy, heavy mess with this appetizer. Generous, too. 8 pieces. Excellent. My husband had a specialty: gelatinous rice wrapped around pork, then wrapped in plantain leaves and cooked. The pork juices diffuse into the rice. He's never run across this dish in the U.S. and enjoyed it immensely. My husband had the chicken soup with dates, which he said his grandmother used to make and he'd never seen on a menu here in the U.S. The broth was very light and the dates, which sounded so strange to me, turned out to be the tastiest thing in the soup! My husband said his grandmother's soup had more herbs and a stronger flavor and that this soup was a bit bland, but he still enjoyed it. I'd eat dates prepared this way any time, now, although initially the thought was not appetizing. I ordered the tofu with crab. It had real bits of crab, albeit not a generous amount, and the crab was the most flavorful thing in the dish. Although the sauce was curry-colored, there was not much distinctive flavor to it, and the tofu had not been marinated or even fried. Tofu w/out seasoning is very bland. Edible but not memorable dish. It was by far the most expensive dish we ordered, and we both felt it was not worth ordering again. My husband had a beef noodle soup with intestines that he forgot to uncircle on the menu card we were given - he is not a fan of organ meat. It came and everything in it except the noodles were diced, and I told him to just taste it because the intestines were probably tender and quite small and I didn't think he'd notice them. He enjoyed the soup - the broth and noodles were tasty. All in all an excellent meal with enjoyable food. We will definitely go back. The place was full of Asian folks, so you know it was authentic. There were a few non-Asians (including me), but it seems to cater to a mostly Asian crowd. It's not a fancy place, but the prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are generous, although not crazy huge. It gets VERY crowded after 5:00, so go earlier if possible, because if not there'll be a wait to get a table.

Ridiculously cute place, figurines and pictures along the way, adorable decor, service is pretty par but it's what you'd expect at times. The food is great though the soup dumplings, scallion pancakes and the pan fried pork buns are the way to go. The small plates are all reasonably priced and better than the larger dishes. Definitely go with the smaller dishes and the soup dumplings are just perfect.

Delicious authentic Chinese food. This place is like a modern take on dim sum, where you write down your meal on an order form. However there are no old ladies pushing food carts here. All the food was great. The prices are very reasonable. My only issue was the spicy beef noodle soup with chili peppers was way too spicy.
