The Office staff, is very grotesque. I am scared to call to even request my ride. I have not once had a good experience with them over the phone. The drivers are wonderful, but who would know that, if the encounter when your scheduling is so horrifying it makes you not want to use their service. At one point, the exchange over the phone was so bad i attempted to complain, come to find out the woman speaking, indeed was the supervisor, and the owner was out of town. If there has not been any growth of the business or a customer slow down, it is definitely due to the office staff.

They've changed my pick-up time twice and didn't let me know, then still cancelled my rides I had scheduled for later as if it were my fault. When on a call with their ride coordinator, she talked down to me as if she were better than me. The workers in the office need some serious lessons in manners.

Very bad customer service! They mess up and then the don't admit to their mistakes, then they lie about it. These people are rude and their attitudes are very disrespectful and disgusting. They don't even deserve one star.
