Well i never had a problem with the bus,the taxi service of taxi 9000 is the worst i ever seen!! Refusing a cash paying customer who jus happend to be kids on their way home from school!! Worst taxi cab "company" ever!

The system is alright enough when one needs this sort of transport. However, I find the drivers to be of minimal help and often rude. Even in Grand forks the bus service is friendlier than here. Too bad, as Bis deserves better.
