Bad came one day told me to come next day I did told him the problem he already wanted money in hand did not put my car on the scanner if you not from Beverly Hills don't bring your car to them rude also don't come in there with your work uniform they feel like you just a   Minimum wage person

South Bay Independent is the only place I will take my 750.  They are great diagnosticians and do only the work that they must.  They are refreshingly honest, fair and do the job correctly the first time.  I highly recommend this business after trying several other dishonest, high priced and ineffective over the 15 years I have owned BMW's.

Took in a car for a pre-purchase inspection.  The car was beautiful but the careful inspection done by these guys revealed that it had been fully repainted and was hiding significant bodywork that didn't show up on the Carfax.  They were quite busy on a Saturday morning but really took the time to take care of me.  Sadly I don't have a new BMW, but I know where to take it when I get one.  Highly recommended.

I've been bringing my BMW's here for almost 20 years.
They are the most honest and reputable mechanics I've ever dealt with to diagnose and repair problems.
They are the reason why I continue to purchase BMW's and love to support the brand!
