Theses people are rude and miserable. If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes and get an attitude for registering your car this is the place
I always have an issue with the older miserable lady! So mean so rude she treats everyone like coming there is inconveniences her! Do your job lady! Not are fault your miserable this lady should NOT be working with the public!! Needs to be let go! I’m sure in the reviews we’re all talking about the same person! I dread going there every year! I had to wait in line for over an hour! And she said what’s your mileage I wasn’t sure so I had to run downstairs real quick to look it took less then 60 seconds! And she made me go to the back of the line!!! I had to wait almost 45 minutes! Unbelievable!!! I wish I remembered her name cause I would 100% call her out! I have to go back today unfortunately I’ll get her name then if she’s there!! This behavior is not OK and it is not OK to treat customers or anyone that way, most of the other workers are sweet, caring patient and understanding! And I appreciate them so much!
The lady named Barbra is so incredibly rude.and is a miserable person who enjoys turning people down.I asked what else I would need to proceed with everything and was told everything was pretty basic on the back of the title and then she hung up on me.then Finally got an important piece of information from the other clerk which the original one could’ve told me in the first place she has no business working with the public and should be fired I hate the fact my taxes pay for people like this
I wish I could give this zero stars. We went in to get a marriage license coming from NH. The lady said that maybe it would be easier for us to get it from the town we were actually getting married from as that is the only place we could get certified copies should we need them in "20 years" as she put it as we may forget where we got the license but not where we get married. When we stated that we did not think it would be an issue, she continued to say that we really "SHOULD" get it elsewhere. Yet the law states we could have picked up a marriage license from any town in Maine. For some reason, she was inconvenienced by us and resorted to lying rather than do her job. Horrible attitude to have and not hard to see why this place has such poor ratings.
I’ve never had an issue until today.. I wanted to register a car and the lady who helped me was rude the entire time, wouldn’t let me use my husbands card to pay.. we’re on the registration & account together so I paid with an account that’s just mine, when I looked at the receipt it had his name on for payment? I don’t understand why she gave me such hard time about everything. Next time I go I will wait longer to have someone else help me.
Extremely friendly staff. Had great conversations with the 2 ladies in the office as I tended to the boring chore of renewing my car's registration.,
The town has to get with the times and put a traffic light at the intersection of route 4 and route 236. I don't care if you want to keep the "old look" of the town, waiting in traffic at this intersection for 15 minutes is rediculous.
I always get good help when I use the town hall. A+
Everytime I have gone there they have been so helpful and never rude
