Best thing South Carolina has to offer. I was being harassed by a lender over a loan. I filed a complaint with SC Consumer Affairs. They stepped in and the harassment stopped.

I would never recommend consumer cellular. This the worst experience with phone service. I had a Samsung Galaxy J-3 and you could not call out because the persons on the other side could never hear me. So I call their customer service dept, to fix the problem. After several attempts that did not work, I asked that since it was a new phone that only had for 6 months that it was still under warranty that they please send me a new phone. They said sorry.  I would never recommend their service. I am going to call AARP and ask why they endorse a phone with such poor service
