I went to South Coast MedSpa to get a BBL Forever Young treatment. I was a bit nervous at first, I never had it done before and had multiple doubts and concerns: what if the procedure is too invasive, what if it hurts, what if it is a wrong decision all together? However, all of my fears had disappeared after a few minutes of the initial consultation. Courtney was professional and knowledgeable, she went over the possible side effects, she explained that they prefer to start patients with milder treatments to make sure they know how the skin reacts to avoid traumatizing it too much. She also noted that milder treatments mean less dramatic results, which gave me a sense of confidence in knowing it wouldn't drastically change my appearance (that was one of my fears as well). Moreover, Megan was super nice and helpful at the front desk, addressing multiple clients by their first names, and generally seeming very involved with each one. I also had a chance to have a brief conversation with Mark, the manager, who impressed me with his enthusiasm over the treatments they offer: he seemed very excited explaining to me how they are different and what kinds of results one should expect from each one. I had a feeling he's genuinely proud of the work they do. Moreover, during the procedure itself, Courtney was supportive and encouraging, constantly informing me that I was doing good 💪, and making sure I was feeling good as well, "Is everything ok? Does this hurt?" I also need to mention that it did not hurt. I mean, some spots were more unpleasant than others, but the sensation was so brief, it's hard to call it pain, really. If I had to describe the treatment in one word, I'd say it was bright, more than anything. But that's the whole point, isn't it? 
I am still waiting for the full results to show up (it takes up to 6 weeks for skin to show full rejuvenation effects after the BBL), but I already don't see some of the blood vessels that were bugging me before. Also, I did not have any redness, burning sensations, or swelling after the treatment, which I was really happy about. 
I recommend this place to anyone who feels unsure, nervous, or even scared: South Coast MedSpa made me feel welcome and cared for, they listened to my concerns without judgement and answered all of the questions no matter how silly they were. There is no need to be afraid to learn more about how you can become a younger and healthier self, just schedule a consultation, so you have the information you need to make a decision.

They ruined my face i came in from out of state. I only went to them because of there before and after pictures. They told me that the laser treatment would address my pinholes also i had two treatments the first treatment  was a terrible  experience flying back all bandaged  up. The results  was scary i was not happy. But the assured me that the second treatment would be better i flu in again and they did a job on me really gave me a deep treatment so after the swelling went down my scars showed even worse more deep and wide i havd one paticuler pinhole between my eye .it now is ten time its original size stands out its terrible i wear shades all day long and the same for my acne scares on both checks. They now are deeper and wider. I now will not look in the mirror because.if i do i will not go out . Its been the worst decision that i have made in my life. The laser also created more pinholes that they told me would go away within 9 months. But they are still there. Its been over a year.the lady that performed the treatment i will not name her yet. Told me after it was all said and done . Was that i have server acne scars . And they even laughhed at me over the phone. This is not over.they ruined my life. I also have  Pigmentation that will not go away.this is the hole that the laser left between my eues . I have before and after pics.i am ashamed to even show my checks really sad  how can i live like this. Souhtcoast medspa ruined my entire life

I recently received my 4th laser treatment and I am very pleased with the results this time around. I can actually see some improvement in my overall appearance and have also noticed skin improvements. I'm glad I decided to give it one more chance. The person who performed the treatment was very informative, professional, and supportive.

The staff is all really flexible, friendly, and helpful and have answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. I just got my first laser hair-removal treatment - It only took ten minutes and didn't hurt at all! It is so much easier and less time-consuming than shaving or waxing. Compared to waxing, it's a breeze !

Best decision I ever made. I've suffered from dark facial hair the last 10 years of my life and it just gradually got worse. I started hair removal treatment back in Dec 2014. I had 6 treatments and now back for touch ups and so far so go. No scarring or darkening. Shaina is great. Very attentive. The whole staff is wonderful. Very friendly!
Just wish I had done it sooner. Don't wait. Just do it!
