I spoke with a woman on the phone named Jill a few times and she is always short and very unfriendly and unpleasant to talk with. She doesn't seem like she wants to help you, and then gets irritated when you ask questions. She needs an attitude adjustment. It is painfully obvious that she does not like her job and does not want to help you.
