Best hidden food joint in Laconia! The interior certainly could use a re-model but to be honest I kind of like the old school charm. The food is always amazing and consistent. Never had a bad experience here.

Food was good.  I got the clam and scallops plate.  6 or 7 hours later I started feeling nauseous and called to let them know and they said "OK".  Complete disregard for my state.

My favorite sub place! They make the best subs.  The rest of the food I've tried there has always been good too.  It's a small place so they get to know their customers and they treat them well.

I have always been a fan of South End. Unfortunately, our last experience was not great. We had a fairly big order that included pizza, subs, and sides. First off, it took well over an hour for delivery. By the time our food arrived, it was mostly cold. The fries were over cooked and tough. The onion rings were soggy, the burgers were nasty and way over cooked. The steak bombs were cold and lacking "the bomb" and the mayo we ordered. The cheese pizza was awesome, and hot. All in all, that will probably be the last time we order from there. Sorry South end, not even remotely close to worth the $60 price we paid.

Moved to the area a couple months ago. This place came highly recommended. Was not impressed. The 2 times we tried to order was when we had guests over. Both times delivery took over an hour. The food was flat out cold. The first incident we ordered 4 large pizzas. Which were stone cold. Guests not impressed and neither were we. The second time was worse. The person who answered the phone sounded annoyed to be taking my order. Half of what we were trying to order they were out of. Finally we got tired of waiting for delivery, had been an hour. Called back to find our order hadnt even been sent out. Finally just had to go get it ourselves. Got it home before finding out it was cold and wrong. Both times just left us feeling embarresed to our guests for making the suggestion t order from here. Dont know if it was because they are just bad or if it's because we arent "regulars". But either way it's not a good first impression.
