Jerry is such an awesome guy. He is extremely caring, and genuine. I honestly have nothing to say, but how awesome he is I am going on a road-trip this weekend, and my car was having issues. I brought it in just 5 days before I planned to leave, and he had it done within a few days. Everything is wonderful with my car, it runs so smooth and everything I was having issues with is completely fixed. I will definitely come here again, if ANYTHING goes wrong with my car! I'm a college student, and he definitely works well with pricing, considering he knows how broke college students are! Definitely the perfect place to take your car.

Found this place in January 2017 when my car was making a loud noise. Being in college and young, I was worried that I’d be taken advantage of at a repair shop. This shop had the best reviews I could find and many people highlighted how honest the owner, Jerry, is. I brought him my car and the turn around time was so quick, the price couldn’t be beat. I was thankful. 

Then this January came around (2018), and I have a different car, that completely broke down on me. Repairs by the dealership were steep of $4,000. Jerry was able to cut this cost down tremendously, and he worked as fast as he could on it. He did offer me a ride to my apartment down the street. He also did a few other minor improvements that he saw I needed done on my car, because he already had the parts apart and it was easy to get to. I was also in a bind without my car, and the problem was serious, and I called Jerry to see if he had any ideas, he did a very large favor that I could never repay him for. 

He really is as honest as the other reviews say, he’ll tell you the news if it’s good, or if it’s bad, but either way it’s to help you, the customer. Very hard worker, and really reasonable prices. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Great mechanics, and as a college student, it was refreshing to go to mechanics who do not try to make extra money off of you and are very good at their jobs. I had a faulty cat. converter and they fixed that and made me aware of possible other issues in the future, without pressuring me to pay for it on spot. Overall fantastic service and very timely !

This was the first time I went to the shop. I got a scratch on the tire of my car. I was worried if I need to change a new tire. Jerry took care of my problem, and also check the other problems of my car, made sure that my car was safe. He is a very nice man and very professional in his career. I actually learned new knowledge of the car today.  Great experience!

Awesome service! Jerry was friendly and was able to walk me through the root of my Montero Sport's problem. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to replace my alternator belt, harmonic balancer, and lock pin without costing me a crankshaft. In addition to being timely, they gave me a complimentary tire (spare too) and oil check.

I would definitely recommend South Florida Auto Repair if you're looking to get your car fixed.
