Brought my vehicle in to have a few issues quoted, After a few hours they called me with a $2900 bill.. The vehicle is only worth $1500 so I decided I would take the quote and do the repairs myself. I was told it needed all 4 axles brakes. (rotors, pads and a caliper) Since I used to work at a garage in Wisconsin I ordered all of the parts online that they told me needed to replace. After taring the vehicle apart to make the repairs I discovered they lied to me.. The brakes had recently been replaced and were like new. The sway bar bushing were in excellent shape and one of the rear tires was worn to the wear bars. I was sold 2 new front tires which I couldn't do myself in the garage and told the rear tires are in excellent shape.  There was a coupon on their website if I would have ordered all 4. My largest concern is what would have happened if I was as naive as the customers that they pray to take advantage of and spent the 2,900 only to find out they were going to need to replace even more parts to resolve the issues I originally brought it in for.

This location goes above and beyond for their customers! They are thorough in explaining what is wrong and work with you to find the most cost-effective solution. Highly recommend this shop!

I have been coming to this location for more than 4 years. My family and I like this place because they are always honest. Everyone is always concerned about being taken advantage of by mechanics, but with them they take the time to show you what's wrong and causing the issue, which I like! I do recommend them and have recommended them to all my friends and family. Reasonable price for all fixes and yes they may take a bit long with some fixes, but I don't mind waiting for a job done right.

Terrible experience. They stole my battery one time. Made me look like a fool up at advanced auto until i realize they stole that battery i bought and replaced it with a old one. All other times they don't even know what the problems are in the the car. Always an excuse or delay to why the car needs work. I know enough about working on cars to know when i am being played. The best bet is to not get mad. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. These guys are dishonest mechanics.
