An amazing nature preserve! Fascinating experience for the whole family and the kids loved it. Great trail over the marshland and plenty of birds and fish for sighting. But we were not lucky enough to spot the alligators. The views are stunning, especially closer to the ocean side. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

Really cool place with a huge view of the ocean on the top floor. There are a lot of educational videos and pictures about migratory seabirds, as well as some lessons about fish, mollusks, and crustaceans, and the various sea plants. I appreciate the fact they are not only an educational museum and learning center, but also a wildlife preservation center.

Astounding density of birds. Well maintained walkways make it easy to spy on them as they do their bird things. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can also rent binoculars from the gift shop, but only after it opens at 9am.

LOVE IT. Even if you are not a bird watcher, it is very peaceful and relaxing. And if you do have a question about any thing there are plenty people around who can answer your question. There are miles of walkways going over marsh land and bay of the Gulf of Mexico

Great place to get up close with nature. Amazing views with a great variety of wildlife from many species of birds to crab, turtles, fish and if you're lucky, you can catch a glimpse of an alligator or two. Worth every penny for the price of admission!
