Always have a great experience... the ladies in the front desk are always professional and have great customer service as well as the people in the back, great attitude's . I have been taking my kids since they were little and now they are teenagers. I have seen dentist come and go but they still always bring wonderful dentist to this location. I'm also a patient too.

Well I arrived on time and did not have to wait too long until I was called back to the patient room. Upon being placed in the dental chair it quickly became obvious that either one of their machines or not in great proper working order  or the dental assistance or not properly trained to use them. It took about 30 minutes and numerous x-ray shots for them to finally told me we needed to change rooms. We then began doing the exact same thing with the exact same results in another room until finally the head assistant or hygienist figured out what was going wrong and correct it. So after approximately 45 minutes  I was finally having my scheduled appointment moving along. My appointment was scheduled for an hour and I probably had the dentist for 15 minutes. Now if you do the math correctly it’s probably unlikely that you got a good solid quality cleaning like I was therefore. I felt  The quality of my check up and cleaning was poor at best. It became quite obvious that because it took them so long to finally begin the procedures that they had been put back so much that it was going to interfere with the next patient so they just brush me along and sent me on my way. It was quite frustrating because I still spent more time than one hour and didn’t get any quality service.

The front staff is amazing! They will answer every question or concern, always receives you with a smile very sweet very polite!!! And of course the dentist and the back staff very helpful very concern always making you feel comfortable! I highly recommend them :)

I would give it 5 stars if they honored the appointment time instead of pushing the appointment 2 hours late. I understand there are emergencies and people have to get seen on the same day. I bring my children here for their regular check ups. They have no problems no cavities. We had to wait 2 hours to get seen. I like the staff and dentist. Everyone is nice. I just didn't like the wait time.

I was so pleased with everyone I came in contact with. From the receptionist to the Doctor. I was fit in last minute on a Saturday!
