Third experience. Very happy with Dr Soriano, he is very gentle (you really hardly feel the injections) and fast. So far I had e root canal, a crown and fillings. The dental assistants I have encountered have been so so. Fitting of a temporary crown was a problem both times I needed one. Because the assistant couldn’t get it right she had to call somebody else etc. This added over in hour to the procedure which was seriously unpleasant. I still think the Dr is great so I’ll keep going there.

Always Friendly, nice, clean employees always great and willing to help DR. Soriano always happy to see his patients. Great group of people :)

Took my 10 month old today for his first cleaning and the female dentists and doc was very nice and courteous. Will see them again.

So I visited this location and was in a ton of pain. I was looking for an extraction to get rid of the pain I felt I could no longer endure. I left work earlier than expected in hopes that I could get immediate service. I was not prepared with any insurance information as I normally don't carry such details along with me. On other occasions, other facilities usually clerks/office staff provide customer service to support these kinds of situations. Find a resolution if possible by other means. Not at this facility. The initial clerk you could tell was new....she kept turning around to ask questions (she was very sweet), but the clerk she was asking didn't seem willing to ask questions to search for any information. I guess I was inconveniencing her too much. I was very disappointed in the kind of service displayed at this facility and needless to say went to another business. Customer service is an important part of a business. That's the first and last impression this facility left me with. I would never recommend this location and hope their service improves. If there could be a negative star option that would've my rating.

Wasn't a fan of the first dentist that my son had, but they were wonderful about my opinion and switched the dentist. Now the dentist he sees...is awesome. Absolutely love him! I would definitely recommend this office. They are great with kids and adults alike. I travel 30 mins to continue to take him there.
