I don’t understand how a cemetery has a set time to open and close , but doesn’t open at designated time. Wasting the time of people who have loved ones at this facility.    Show some respect and edicate.    Today was not not the first time.   I was there at 900 am stood there til 1215 pm and no one showed up.   You taking advantage because no one complaints.  But there is a higher being who sees alll. I demand that this is looked into if you are running a so call business

My mother is buried at South View.  I also have a grave site there.  I paid for the grave sites.
I also purchased a headstone for my mother.  After waiting for more than six weeks I called and texted about the delivery and installation of this headstone.  I should add that I paid in full.  
I did get a response to a couple of emails - something to the effect ...it has not arrived.  When I called several times I was told I had to call back.  The person with the information won't be back for several days.   That person did call me and assured me i would get a call the next day.  That didn't happen.  I called two days later and was told the headstone would arrive in August.
I will say that I was and still am very angry and hurt by how South View disregarded me and my mother.  This was expressed in my words. 
I didn't use inappropriate language but I did raise my voice.

They were very friendly the owner went out of her way to help me .got my mothers stone and corrected everything i saw wrong  thanks southview I know she is in good hands now

Keep in mind that you have to buy four plots to get a true headstone...$950 each.
