Excellent place to take your kids. Kind doctors and informative nurses. The receptionist on the second floor is awesome.

they lost my appointment, and their best idea was to put me last on the list, zero concideration, no apology they gave me

They are so rude. They had me write my name, number and social then denied to help me but wouldn't give me back the paper I wrote my social on.

Such an awful place. They never answer the phone. Even if you leave a voice mail, they never cal back even if they promise they will. Once I even went to their office and gave a complain about them never answering, they said oh sure we will take care of that. Guess what? They never did.
Worst part: Typically 2 hours waiting at least. And the the staff is bored and cold. 
Such a s**** place.

This the worst place to see a doctor. Even with an appointment you will still need to wait average of 3 hours. It is ridiculous. The staff don't really care about, because it's government they get paid regardless.
