Southcrest Christian School is not a refuge from, but rather a resource for a rapidly changing world.
Beginning in Pre-K, Southcrest Christian School strives to train our students to be spiritually discerning and well prepared in all academic disciplines – skilled in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Our students learn skills to question, problem solve, make wise decisions, and articulate and defend their Christian world-view while having a basic understanding of opposing world views. We use a Biblically integrated curriculum including foreign languages (Spanish and Mandarin), fine arts, athletics, chapel and core subjects with small class sizes.
Southcrest Christian School has two campuses conveniently located less than one mile apart. The main campus is located at 3801 S. Loop 289 - inside Southcrest Baptist Church and is for 3rd - 12th grades. The second campus is located at 7702 Indiana Avenue - inside Cumberland Presbyterian Church. It serves as the facility for Pre-K through 2nd grade and as an additional athletic facility for volleyball and basketball.
The mission of Southcrest Christian School is to love and value each individual by affirming the gifts and challenging the potential of each student with academic excellence and a strong Biblical foundation while empowering students with a Christian worldview for a lifetime of faith and service.
