Bad place to come was told that she wouldn't check anyone in before 7:50 what kind of time is that. Appointment time is 1100 told to come back at 10:30 go back to window at 10:30 lady's on break. Went back at 1100 rude guy now checking you in he tells me that he will call me when he has a door.meanwhile there are four guys standing in the office bsing. Wasting time that could be spent doing their job of unloading trucks.  So much for this day. If they would stop socializing and playing with their phones a lot more could be done. You wouldn't have a review section that reads like a horror movie. If I could rate with negative stars I would.

Extremely rude!!!!!! Treat truck drivers like something less than humans. They are slow as well but I guess that's nothing new for cold storages

I showed up 1 hour before my appointment. Easy to get to off of I-64. Checked in and was told to back into a dock and wait with the doors closed. Maybe about half an hour later the guy had me open the doors and back in. One hour pass my appointment they have given me the green light. Waiting for paper work. Received paper one and half hours after appointment. Not bad at all for me. Everything was done in under 2.5 hours after arrival. They're giving Costco a run for the money. It would be perfect if a good food truck showed up.

Not checked in yet....But it would be nice to put a sign out front with the receiving hours.....Next thing is.... Please don't take it out on the workers"someone mentioned that they hire felons"..... I've worked with a guy who was a previous felon... Hardest working guy I've seen in a while......the problem is MANAGEMENT.....THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN!!
