When I recieved a letter form this "business", I called them to dispute this (as the letter stated for me to do). The woman I spoke with was beyond rude. I spoke with a manager a few days later. He was even more irate, and went so far as to yell at me. This business is NOT BBB accredited. They lie, yell at you when you are being calm and polite. And even refuse to stop calling you when the company that turned you over to them tells them that a mistake was made and that they are pulling the acount from the collection agency. This place repeatedly told me and my husband that I signed as the person responsible for the account (even though the dental office said I did not). When I filed a complaint with the BBB, they sent a response saying that I signed authorizing treatment (not that I signed claiming responsibility). This place calls and harrasses you, lies repeatedly, and yells at you. If you have any problems with them, do not hesitate to report them to the BBB. When we contacted the dentist, they also told us the amount owed (by the mother) was $50 less than what the collection agency told us we owed. Is that even legal?

Kim Allen refused to send me a copy of any paperwork. When I said I would call and speak to her manager, she said "Good luck with that." The next day, she called my husband and told him that I assumed responsibility for the debt (I did not) and that he better pay or they would start calling his job. I called to dispute this as it is a bill for my stepchild. Kim refused to hear that. I spoke with Frank Thomas (one of the managers) a few days later. He raised his voice with me and asked how long do you need to pay a bill? This was after I told him the dentist agreed with me that my stepchilds mom was responsible for this bill not me. This is not how you talk to people who are trying to be courteous. I did not raise my voice or yell. I was just trying to make sure the dentist office had contacted them. I filed a report with the BBB. A few days later, Kim calls my husband again, and tells him she doesn't appreciate the bad reviews I left. Very unprofessional. If you have problems with this place, contact the BBB!

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. They were so rude and personally attacked me several times. She lied by telling me she had verified the debt was owed the morning of the phone call and, after I spoke with the dr's office, this had been paid almost 2 years ago. If she had called, she would have known that. I even spoke with the office manager, *****, and she was just as rude. I will use a different dr's office if these are the type of people they do business with.

Called to get the address the man that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. Would not give me the address until I gave him my name. Still seemed reluctant to give the afdress.

This office is terribly rude and unprofessional. Called to resolve an issue only to be dealt with rudely. Office also uses illegal collection practices.
