These reviews cannot possibly be accurate. Did a terrible job! Water leaking in the vents of my three day old roof. Came in and sealed with silicone! That's a band-aid fix that will last about a year if I'm lucky. Said they would repair the interior damage and haven't had a phone call back since! Beware!

Fantastic group of guys to work with. Ahead of schedule and below budget. Very satisfied, also we have referred SCR to others with no regrets just happy smiling faces.

The company is great especially when it comes to dealing with insurance my brother had American family and they gave him next to nothing to get his roof done but thank God for Southern Colorado Roofing they were able to get the insurance to pay for a roof whereas they wouldn't have given us enough money originally

My grandmother referred me to this company after looking at the reviews I had second thoughts, but they were the only company to get my estimation within the next day. The guy that came out was on time and helped me understand the entire process. These guys have done nothing but impressed me and I am pleased with the work and the professionalism. I will always give this company a great review!

My house was damaged in the July 4th, 2010 hail storm. Southern Colorado Roofing gave me the best quote and customer service of the many companies that knocked on my door. They also showed me that going with higher quality Impact Resistant shingle would save me money on my home owners insurance and would keep me from replacing my roof again from any future hail storms. I selected the upgraded shingle and immediately received a refund check from my insurance company, lower annual premiums, and I’ve had no hail damage in the recent summer hail storms. All my neighbors are getting their roofs replaced while mine weathered the storm! I highly recommend Southern Colorado for replacing your roof!
