Daniel Hochstetler was our rep from True Nature Roofing. He was very patient with us and accommodated our needs well. I know we can be pretty picky but he was always ready to help and never more than a phone call away. We were thrilled with how the roofers handled the replacement and it was done in a day. It was great doing business with Daniel and True Nature!!

Outstanding! I met Daniel one time after I had called initially and he did the inspection. After that I was working out of town for a while and he was able to meet my adjuster and get the roof paid for without me there. They sent me all my paperwork via email and I was able to pick colors and sign all the documents digitally. One week later Daniel sent photos of my brand new roof as promised. When I got home the yard looked cleaner than it had been before I left and everything was just as I had left it except....I had a brand new roof. Love it!

Due to a large hail storm last summer. True Nature replaced our shingles, gutters and screens and the house was painted.  William and his team came in and took care of business and got it all done and the house looks great.  William quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had.  True Nature is located in Colorado Springs and we are in Highlands Ranch and I know they were slammed by another storm that hit down in Colorado Springs, but I never felt like the distance was an issue to getting things done. William also showed his character when trying to get paid from the Insurance company.  Unfortunately the insurance company put the lenders name on the checks which required and extra step of getting the checks endorsed by the lender.  This was a very long and drawn out process and it took some time to get fully paid.  William always kept a positive attitude and went with the punches. Thanks William and the team for a job well done.

Very friendly people. The highest of quality workmanship. I recommend this company over all others. They are somewhat new to the area and that's why I went with them. The best decision I ever made. Jeremiah was the best! He will do you right. Thanks buddy I will always use True Nature in the future.

They were quick to come out and fix my roof after I contacted them due to a windstorm blowing shingles off. They also replaced the panels on my back awning that were hail damaged.   They worked with the insurance to get the most coverage possible and listened to any questions or concerns I had.  Great at keeping in contact for when crews were expected at the house.
