Story

For more than 70 years, SNDS has been connecting the region’s leading dentists and dental professionals while providing them with state-of-the-art continuing education in dental treatment and technology. A local component of the Nevada Dental Association and the American Dental Association, SNDS’s goal is to improve the dental health of the citizens in our area by being the go-to research and information source for dentists.

Community outreach is a significant element in SNDS’s overall mission. Through volunteer efforts such as the “Give Kids a Smile” program, member dentists donate hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in free dental care for children who otherwise would not receive dental treatment. SNDS also funds research initiatives that lead to gentler, more effective methods in restoring and maintaining the oral health of our patients.
