Dr Brian is absolutely the /BEST/ doctor that i've ever been to for my teeth. I suffer from dentistry anxiety and I can just say that the girls had to put up with a lot from me on my first visit with Xrays and the occasional freak out. But after all I am willing to come back because i literally feel and felt like I was being properly treated and properly taken care of. Definetly suggest this place to anyone who has anxieties with this because Alisha, Dr Brian, Miss Ashley and Miss Susan will definetly change your mind on the whole "Dentists want just your money" thing. They treat you just as you are, a human being which is /amazing/ :) thank you to you guys for helping me out as best as you can!

I have been in Las Vegas for 32 years (all my life) and finally have found a dentist I can trust! 
Fantastic Place! Dr. Bryan and his amazing staff are truly a gift to Southwest Las Vegas! I used to hate going to the dentist and my wife was terrified but we love Dr. Bryan. Always fast, always friendly and we never feel like we are being up sold in any way. Recommended all the way!

Very thorough, answered all of my questions.  I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of by being offered services that I don't need.  The hygienist was gentle and friendly.  Great experience all around.

They were able to get me in right away and did great work!  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  Dr. Brian answered all my question and did a very nice job restoring my front tooth.  People cannot tell that I ever had any work done on my teeth.  Thank you to everyone at Nevada Trails Dental.
