Not a bad place to live for a short time rental unless you like living very close to others and not much privacy. There are very friendly people that live there and very kid friendly!!!!

Price isn't bad. Must mow and take leaves in a timely manner which they give you a reasonable amount of time if for some reason you can't I believe it costs 100$. Stray cat issues and dogs. I've had dog feces all over my yard since I moved in and this is probably the first dog me and my brother in law have had on property. He lived here many years, now I took over his lot in November got a puppy Christmas Eve but theirs this little dog that keeps coming to our yard just to drop a duece. Theirs also about 25 stray cats roaming.

I had to pay $600 a month to live there and after your lease is up they charge  more or even sometimes if the lease is not up the rent will go up and if you don't wrack your leaves or mow the yard you will be charged $100 separate which is $200 total and dogs poop in your yard and lots of cats and cops out there alot and plus there is one person who is loud late at night and gets in fights with his wife and others and cops been out there alot and nothing gets done

I lived here for about 6 months.  The rent was too high for a mobile home, the neighbors on both sides of me were loud at all hours, rude, & helped themselves to my yard whenever they wanted.  Management didn't do much about it.  When I moved out I accidentally left some stuff behind including memorabilia.  I called & arranged to have it mailed to me only to find out 3 weeks later the district manager (who is only there a few times a year & extremely rude) threw it ALL away without notifying me.  DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Very strict rules. Very rude management. Very high rent for mobile homes in bad shape.
