My husband and I had been on the road for 17 1/2 hours (a trip that normally takes 9 1/2 hrs) as part of the evacuation due to hurricane Irma and arrived at the Tullahoma Hampton Inn at 3:00 am. While the hotel was clean and comfortable at $159 for a 5 hour stay the hotel desk clerk that checked us out was completely lacking in customer service skills. She was rude and condescending to my exhausted husband...he had inadvertently given her the wrong room number then apologized, and corrected his mistake. She, being inconvenienced in correcting the process, lacked compassion regarding tragic circumstances. We have stayed in multiple Hampton Inn facilities over 40 years, in various parts of the country. Never has the customer service been this bad!!!

Great hotel, but a little pricey. The staff is friendly and helpful. One issue I had was the AC in my room would only run for 5 minutes and turn off. It didn't matter the temperature set, it was like it was on a timer to turn off after 5 minutes.

Great as always is expected from Hampton Inns. Quiet town with nice service and typical good amenities

It's not a new building but is in good shape. Bed was comfortable, decent sized lobby for a Hampton.

Solid value! Nice room, good service, free breakfast and Wi-Fi, pool, can't go wrong
