Courses:
WOMEN'S CARDIO BOXING:
Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in our Women’s Only Boxing Cardio classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 400-800 calories.* A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and punching combos designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. Boxing gloves are required because you’ll be testing your skills on heavy bags and mitts (Own your own pair for $35 or rent a pair for $5). Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome – just let your boxing class instructor know.
BOXING:
Warning: This is not a fast food joint. Each client is handled professionally and will be taught proper technique ALONG with conditioning. Our training staff WILL NOT be satisfied if a client walks out of a Boxing Course and has not learned the proper technique 1st and foremost. Clients will be pushed to their endurance limits every class knowing they are performing the right skills necessary for all levels of boxing. Whether you want to step into the ring or not, you’ll feel you have the confidence, skills and endurance to do so!
K.O. TRAINING:

JIU-JITSU:
Leave your ego at the door! Everyone in this class is working to improve their skills and the skills of everyone else in the room. It is lead by Coach Jay Estrada. This program teaches the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu with focus on grappling and self-defense. In each class, clients will develop offensive and defensive skills in guard, side control, half guard and full mount. Classes are ran as followed: 10% warmups & drills, 60% situational technique and 30% live situational Jiu-Jitsu.
KICKBOXING:
Students will perfect their skills in stand-up, using their hands and kicks. High intensity workouts in each area of Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Students will develop proper positioning and technique with target mitts, heavy bags, kickboxing and Muay Thai pads. Each client will learn correct foot work and defensive techniques. Ultimate goal: Develop skills to the fullest and enhance your Kickboxing repertoire on a daily basis.
KETTELBELLS:
"Stuck in a rut? Bust out of it in a big way with a kettlebell workout. This old-school piece of equipment is a throwback to the dawn of strength training; many of you may not be familiar with it. After a brief introduction to its physique -building values, we feel confident you'll soon give kettlebells-style training a try."
