I've only been to two classes but preparing to go to my third so far it has been a very inspiring and gut busting experience. I can feel the results already. Lots of variation for that muscle confusion affect, keeps the workout interesting and close to home.

My experience at The Boot Camp has been very positive. I joined through a GroupON ad and now am a regular attendee. The classes are awesome and very challenging. However, Chris, the Boot Camp Guy leads everyone, from beginner to advanced to do your best. He makes sure each person is instructed in the correct way to perform each exercise. What I like most about the classes are the variety. There is never a day that is the "same" and that is what keeps me motivated and coming. Try it for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

I started going to class through a Groupon and got hooked. I had moved to the south side and needed a change. I thought I just prep to get ready for a tropical vacation, but kept going. I was not overweight, but saw my body literally change before my eyes. The strength training was amazing, Chris pushed everyone and kept his sense of humor. I'd find myself laughing or smiling half way through a set. I'm not sure if the bootcamp was a catalyst for more weight loss, but it kicked my metabolism into gear and I look and feel great. I've since moved to the east coast and have not found exercise classes quite like those with Chris and his team.

I have gone to this place a few times and it is a pretty cool place. You do get a pretty good workout. You get a pretty good mix of cardio and weight training. The sessions are not jammed packed and you have plenty room to move around and work out. The place is a little small, but it is ok. It makes it feel more personal because the instructor is able to see you and correct your form if you are doing something wrong. What I really like is that they offer a variety of classes and they have a different times where you can take advantage of most of the classes. A real big plus is that it doesn’t cost an arm and leg for a session. You can purchase a package if you want, and those are very reasonable too.

What I said in December 2011... When I started The Boot Camp Guy in the April of 2011 I struggled through the classes and thought I would never be able to get into shape. I was tired within the first 5 minutes of the classes. Chris would push me to the end and although I did not change my eating habits I was still seeing results. As I continued going the classes were getting easier and I was losing weight and gaining confidence. The Boot Camp guy offers a variety of different classes with different trainers. I have belonged to many gyms before and I get bored of the classes within a few weeks and stop going. I actually get excited to come to The Boot Camp Guy because every class is different and I feel awesome about myself when I leave. The trainers at The Boot Camp Guy will quickly get you into shape. Before I came to The Boot Camp Guy I was always tired and never felt like doing anything and since I have been coming I have so much more energy. Since August of 2011 I started eating better and continued going to The Boot Camp Guy and seeing awesome results. I lost 9 pounds in the first month and continue to lose weight. All together I have lost a total of 22 pounds, 13.5 inches and 2 dress sizes and with the help of The Boot Camp Guy I plan to lose about 30 more pounds. If you want to lose weight as well as become much more confident I would highly recommend coming to The Boot Camp Guy! Now...November 2012 If I did not already know how awesome The Boot Camp Guys is now I definitely know. I have not been to The Boot Camp Guy in 2 months due to a very busy schedule and other issues. Not only do I miss going to The Boot Camp Guy but I see myself getting out of shape again. I am going to begin going to The Boot Camp Guy again because I know that it works and I miss going to the fun and challenging classes. It is amazing what the trainers at The Boot Camp Guy do for your body and self esteem. Chris will notice the changes in your body and will give positive comments about the changes. I have never worked out anywhere else where the trainers get to know you enough to see the changes. Many times when I would go to a class Chris would comment and tell me I am looking smaller and that would motivate me to work out even harder that day. The trainers are truly motivating. I saw the great results that I got from going to The Boot Camp Guy and now I see the negative results of not going for a short period of time. It is time for me to come back and let the trainers at The Boot Camp Guy get me back into shape!
