From the moment My puppy and I stepped foot into this hospital we were treated so kind. My puppy was very sick and each doctor and nurse were so kind, honest and they did EVERYTHING they could to save my sweet Jagger. Down to his last breathe their compassion and love for animals shined immensly! Thank you for all of the love & support you gave all of us through this tragic time for me and my family!

We disagree with the negativity shown below. We took our feline in this morning and had the very BEST care! Dr. Bowler was knowledgeable, gentle, caring, and, most of all, practical! We loved that he took the time to assess the situation and provide appropriate remediation until we could get in to see our regular vet. He offered two types of medication application so we could determine which one would better fit our needs. He was thorough and provided explanation during the appointment. The staff was kind and caring as well. I would go there again! Dr. Bowler was the best! We also appreciated the follow up phone call which came four days after our visit.

We brought our small puppy in after a few days of nonstop vomiting and diarrhea. Staff very approachable and responsive. Facility clean. The veterinarian we saw, Dr Lenahen, was knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. This was our first visit to Southwest Emergency and we now feel much more secure knowing it’s there if needed again in the future.

My vet, who sees my parrot, forwarded the phone to these idiots. They dont see exotic animals, they wont see my parrot who is 17 years old and wants me to pack up my baby and go to Vegas, A TRIP THAT COULD KILL HIM ALL ON ITS OWN.. all I need is an antifungal as the antibiotic he gave me isnt working...for a simple respitory illness that can kill him if he is not seen quickly. They wont even call my Vet to get instructions or get the ok. Im talking a teaspoon of antifungal medication that could mean his life...a life that is older then most of thier kids!!!!! A life that will outlive most of us!!!! If i could call you foul names on this lost i would!!! Heartless!!!

You never plan for these middle of the night emergencies, but when I needed them, they were there. Its always going to be more expensive for an ER visit, but I've seen much higher charges other places than here. Dr. Jacobson was great with my 9 month old Schnauzer pup Reicher. He explained everything, offered me a price estimate first, and treated him accordingly. Very straight forward and honest. He's doing fine now, but it sure was scary for a bit! A HUGE THANK YOU to Southwest Animal Emergency Hospital in St. George! Reicher Von Schnauzerface says Thank you too!
