I had flown to Coos Bay to visit my sister while she was attending college there. I chose this airport because it was the only option and let me tell you, I'd rather drive a whole four hours to the Portland airport than go through this airport again. When I arrived at the airport I had asked the front desk about my flight and she had told me that my plane had already boarded and that I could no longer get on my plane. I asked her to help me and she instead helped the 20 golfers behind me to catch their late flight instead of checking to see if there was a possibility that I could get on my plane. I had told her that I could see my plane and asked if she would call and see if they could wait a few minutes for me to get down to the plane but instead she ignored me and kept helping the golfers. After she helped the golfers she was helping a US veteran trying to get on the same connecting flight from Portland to Salt Lake that I had been trying to get on. Keep in mind that we could see our plane with the door open and they wouldn't let us through security even when we were 15 minutes early. And instead of helping A US VETERAN catch his flight she ignored him and left for both me and this veteran to figure it out on our own. It had been 30 minutes and I was waiting for someone to show up at the front desk so that they could help me catch another flight and again instead of helping me this woman decided to give me PenAirs phone number so they could tell me that my flight had already left and that they next flight available was three days later for $650.....HOW DOES THAT HELP ME!? and after I had gotten off the phone she decided to call them herself and tell me the same exact information that I had just heard over the phone. And after trying to figure out why this woman wouldn't help me she decides to tell me that she tried "her best" and told me to have a nice day and left the front desk again. This airport has to be the worst in the country. Their staff doesn't lift a finger to help you, they are not trained well enough, they have poor customer service, and if this is how they treat their customers I don't think this should be a running airport. Terrible, terrible service. If I had an option to rate them lower I'd give them a lower than a 0. AT LEAST HELP THE FREAKING VETERAN THAT SERVES THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!

The airport is nice & clean and very small which makes navigation a breeze.  The bad news is your flight is GUARANTEED to be delayed, usually multiple times in one day, so don't plan on getting anywhere on time.  Oh, and sometimes they can't land at all so they'll just drop you at the Eugene airport.
