Jessica is one of the best assistants here. She is very gentle and made me feel comfortable through out my whole visit.

Both of my sons were seen by Dr. Wolf.  I would highly recommend her and Southwest Orthodontics.  Dr. Wolf is very professional and pleasant to work with.  She explained to both my boys what to expect at each appointment.  Both of their teeth turned out great and they have wonderful smiles.

One star is too much for this place.   Called to get a replacement retainer for my daughter.  Asked specifically if they could assist even though she went elsewhere for her braces.  Chose SW Ortho as they were much closer to where we live and the price was going to be the same.   After waiting a month to get in.  We are told that they will not see her.   It appears that they are concerned about how much they can make and that a retainer doesnt make them enough money.     Dr. Stuntz was very rude and apethetic, like he doesnt like his job.  Dr.  Stuntz,  I recommend retirement or a career change.   Something that doesnt require working with customers.

A lot of staff do not know what they are doing and gave me the wrong information when i called. Waited 30 minutes outside waiting then also waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they could not help me and was specifically told to go back to my other ortho. Dr. Stuntz Is lazy and unfriendly
