I had a major stoppage issue and called several other local companies before calling Southwest Plumbing. They were honest and straight forth with me. They showed up to my house and provided me with a quote on the spot. The next day they showed up and resolved my issue with minimal interruption to my family and our life. I truly recommend Southwest Plumbing. I have been referring them to all of my friends and family.

SOUTHWEST is the Best!  They helped me out of a jam and went the extra mile to get what could have been an expensive job (according to another company) and made it work for me at an affordable rate.  I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Amazing service! Had a leak in my kitchen called southwest and recieved service the same day. They sent me Ralph who was extremely helpful and did the job with ease. I would definitely reccomend Southwest to all of my friends and neighbors.

We had a kitchen drain clog and the toilet water flooded the carpet.  We called Southwest Plumbing on Saturday morning and the problems got fixed the same day. When we first opened the local yellow page, we were lost.  It was really hard to decide which company to call. My husband went on-line and found this company having a 5 star rating.  We can tell you this company deserves a 10 star rating.  Rown came to my home drained the kitchen clog.  When he came to see the toilet, he told us we had the wrong flapper.  We have used the wrong flapper for over ten years!  Because the flapper failed, the water from the tank continuously came to the toilet causing the flooding.  I went to Home Depot to buy the flapper Rown suggested while he worked on kitchen drain.  Later he showed us how to install the flapper properly so that we can replace the flappers ourselves for another two bathrooms.  Rown has over 25 years of plumbing experience and he wants to share his knowledge to save us money.  He reminded us how to use hot water and bleach to clear the drain on the weekly basis. As a routine, he went to check the water pressure for my home.  To our surprise, the water pressure in my home is over 100psi compared to the normal 50psi.  Rown installed a new pressure regular for my home.  Rown, you don’t know how we appreciate your expertise and kindness.  You prevented another potential flooding in my home.

I just had the most horrible experience dealing with this company. The tech they sent out was a swindler. He quoted me an outragous price after he had done the job. I'm a new homeowner, so I didn't know any better. He quickly explained that Southwest plumbing overcharges. He then offered me a better deal if I gave him some money on the side and along with that, he'd fix some other small problems. Granted, that it was stupid of me to trust this guy. Afterwords, everything he worked on got much worse. I knew that getting the "side job" covered under any warranty wasn't an option. But the job that I paid SWP for should have been covered under the invoice. When I tried calling in and explaining what had happened, I was lead to believe that what I had legitimately paid for would be covered under my contractual warranty. I even gave full statements to the local police detective who was investigating this incident, which wasn't the only incident with this tech. But I was just given the runaround and completely mistreated by the SWP customer service. I know that doing a deal on the side was wrong, but being given an outragous fictitious quote (that I could not afford) by the tech is what lead me down that road. I definitely take some responsibility for what occurred...but my whole experience with dealing with SWP was horrible. I'm not saying the whole company and all their techs are swindlers...I guess I just got "lucky".
