I was very pleased with the service. Ian, the plumber, arrived when he said he would, was friendly and outgoing, immediately identified the problem with my sump pump, addressed it, made sure it wouldn't happen again, and then went on to ensure my back up system was working properly. I thought the bill was reasonable and good value for what he did. I have used Best in the past and I will certainly use them in the future.

called another plumbing company figuring Best may to be too busy as they are a large company and I had a small but very inconvenient issue... was told to call back a week later and when I did he still could not service me for another week... I called Best and wow !... made the call at 4:45pm and they were at my place by 8:30am the next morning!.. just goes to show you it doesn't matter whether the job is huge or small they have fantastic service for all your needs!!!

to quote Wayne Campbell....." so It's not just a clever name". These fellows are great. Very affable, explain what's going on very well, reasonable prices and solid service. Unfortunately I am a repeat customer (our plumbing is cursed)......I'm sure over the next months and years I will need them again and will not hesitate! Party on!

Great service. Plumber arrived exactly on time, was courteous, efficient and professional. He did the job to our complete satisfaction. First-rate and beyond expectations.

My husband is the GM at Nando's London. They had a pipe break and he called Best Plumbing. Shawn had someone there within the hour and they had it fixed. Great service, and reasonable pricing. He will only call Best Plumbing for any future issues.
