We are a family owned business offering Rafting Trips, Jeep Rentals, Standup Paddle Board, Kayak, and Tube Rentals. A great retail shop too!

Story

Whitewater retail shop that offers some of the best things to do in Durango, Colorado. We offer a variety of Rafting Trips and Inflatable Kayak Trips for you, your family, and your friends. Come check us out for your next Stand-up Paddle Board Rental, River Tube Rental, Inflatable Kayak Rental, or Multi Day Raft and Gear Rental.

We have the best Jeep Wrangler Rentals in the area. Newer year Jeeps with low mileage and in great condition. Multi-day discounts available.

Our whitewater retail shop is stocked with everything you need to get out and enjoy the water. We sell rafts, rafting and fishing frames, inflatable kayaks, stand up paddle boards, oars, paddles, coolers, dry boxes, and just about anything else you need.

We also carry Tepui Roof Top Tents and Borderland Trailers to give you the best outdoor adventure you can have.

Loved it! What an adventure for our 32 nd anniversary. The two guides were great. I feel like we made new friends. Highest water of the year raised the awe factor. Only four stars cause the van driver told a couple crude immature jokes.

These guys are the gold standard of customer service. They bent over backwards to accommodate us with our timeline. The tour guide Zack was friendly and full of jokes and information about the river and history of the area. This is the ONLY tour company here in Durango I will ever use!! I am a lifetime customer. Their whole staff is above my expectations

I just purchased 3 AIRE Tomcat Solo inflatable kayaks at their end of the season sale and I was just amazed at the level of customer service I received.  The 3-guys that helped me seemed to be the owners and they made it a pleasure to be shopping and making a substantial purchase like this locally here in Durango.  I highly suggest you use Southwest Raft and Jeep for all your rafting trips when your visiting Durango... These guys rock!

Just got back from our tour on the Animas River. Our guide Maddie (sp?) was exceptional. Her ability to guide the raft and our four year old was great. We were nervous at the beginning, but she helped to ease our worries. We ended up turning our two hour tour into the four hour tour. My wife and I can't thank her enough for being so nice. We've decided that we will be making this an annual trip and experience because of hers and the rest of the staffs great customer service.

Super convenient location and staff was awesome. Rapids were great today but water is a bit on the chilly side. Zach was an awesome guide and prices were great too. Great time with my buddies, guy.
