Southwest Real Estate LLC (SWRE) is the only licensed full service Real Estate Brokerage in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. We offer full service commercial and residential property management and sales in both Rock Springs and Green River. We have the largest inventory of houses and apartments for rent in the area. Our homes for rent range from 1 bedroom bungalows up to 4 and 5 bedroom houses. We even offer properties with acreage for horse owners. SWRE also offers furnished and unfurnished apartments ranging from studio units up to 3 bedrooms.

They put a notice on my door about my tool box on my back patio.  Yet they don't do anything about this. Pissed me off, know where your priorities should be.

We have lived on one of their properties for a year. While the property itself has issues because it is an old mining house that needs to be updated in some areas, the office is always prompt when one of those issues surfaces and sends qualified help to address it.

I was very satisfied with the assistance I received from Regina with Southwest Real Estate.  She is very knowledgeable and professional.  She was always there when I had questions and made sure that nothing was overlooked.  I highly recommend Regina and Southwest Real Estate.

they hold short office hours making it difficult to get ahold of someone when in need. rent is amazing for what you get. very attentive when problems arise with the inside of the apartment. unwilling top clear snow in parking area. most tenants get stuck in parking lot during the winter.

Southwest has always gone the extra mile for me whether finding  a repairman,  selling and leasing  property ,  or just  providing information to help me out.  They are always courteous and professional.
