I have always received first class treatment for my personal pets as well as for clients' pets, at very reasonable rates. I don't remember when I first visited Dr.Glass, but it's been well over 12 years. Dr.Glass is professional and compassionate, and will thoroughly explain all options for treatment.

I have never had an issue with the facility, the Doctor and/or fees for services rendered. I have been coming here with my pets - bulldogs, cockapoos, Labrador, and a rescued animal for over ten years I believe. On one event, our teacup poodle was showing signs of distress and I had no inclination or event for which to attribute such "general malice." Doctor did quick diagnosis correctly in minutes. I had failed to realize he had been stung by a hornet most likely and one bottle of Eyrethimiacin later- Rocky was on to a full recovery in 24 hours. The bite mark was not visible and the only symptom I detailed for the Dr. was "I knew something was terribly wrong with Rocky." Indeed the ER doc the night before suggested putting him to sleep as his diagnosis was cancer and that was likely at it's detrimental advance. On another occasion, same thing. ER doc again examined my pet English Bulldog deciding that -although visible evidence was exempt- it was likely he wouldn't recover. Southwest again treated, diagnosed and while at it, recommended a dental scheduling for the future. Additionally, the Doctor diagnosed Food poisoning and the recommended treatment worked 100%. Both the services, fees and appropriate diagnosis/treatment were fair, concise and professional. This leads me to wonder if the anxiety we all face in dealing our pet's health issue(s) could have led to an unpleasant recollection of the experience. I realize it's difficult to decide on the urgency, facility choice and delivery of that decision. After all, our pets depend on our voices and actions completely. That responsibility weighs heavily on me. Did I wait too long to seek health care? Were other matters presented wherein I am left feeling as though actions weren't proactive enough? We can only do our best. For me- choosing the right facility and staff is one I do not second guess with Southwest. The only facility I've ever had issue with is the Emergency Animal Clinic when it was in Thousand Palms on Ramon Road. It is no longer there. On two occasions the Doctor there (after taking the $300+ charge to "evaluate") advised me to "put down" my pet. Both recovered completely upon my dismissing the advice and waiting for Southwest to deliver care. Admittedly, both of those nights, spent waiting for Southwest to open, were the longest ever. The next evenings, after Southwest had diagnosed and treated, remain among the most grateful. Both animals are thriving today. With these experiences at Southwest -which span over ten years; I cannot imagine anything short of miscommunication or anxiety playing a role to your perception. In times of such scenarios, emotions and fear can likely overwhelm and cast a memory of only the distress we were facing. Sincerely, Susan Bambusch

Went for a return visit as the antibiotic I was given wasn't working, just wanted a new one. They brought me a cough medicine and an $85. bill. When I said this is not what I came for, was asked to leave, and not return. Im so tired of arrogant vets/Dr.s who don't give you credit for knowing your pet/self, and this was the most arrogant vet ever. I left, went to Carter Animal hospital, was given the right medicine, and my dog quickly recovered! I don't mind paying for what I need, but....I do mind paying for what will not help. Was humiliated and would NEVER recommend this vet!
