Always do a great job with the manicures and pedicures.  Prices are comparable to other places and I feel they are more hygienic than some places I have been in the area.  I also noticed that the gel products they use seem to be higher quality than other places I have been.  Because they are a large place with a big staff, you aren't sitting around waiting too long either.  Pretty quick turnaround which makes it convenient for walking in.

First time at this establishment,  shy of 2 weeks all nails lifted, one broke, and one cracked.  I went back for a fill just to give them another chance.  I was seated for a technician but I waited 30 minutes for SOMEONE to come to the table.  Not once did anyone approach me to say they would be with me soon.  From the table, I called another company and scheduled a fill, got up and walked out.  Still no one even approached me about leaving.  Worat customer service I have ever had.

I honestly have never had a problem in the almost 4 years that I have been going here but 2 weeks ago I had a great experience with my pedicure but an absolute horrible experience getting my my other nails done. I swear I was given the newbie on purpose. It was as if she was still going through beauty school or something. Not to mention she only spoke Spanish. No matter how many times I repeated myself she did the total opposite of what I said. I will gladly go here to get a pedicure but I think I will go somewhere else for my finger nails.

Since this review I made a year ago I have been going to Countryside mall to get my nails done. They do a far better job and are cheaper.

I can't say much about nails because I don't get mine done, but if you're looking to get waxed, DO NOT GO HERE. The first time I went here I had a friend with me. We each got both our eyebrows and lip waxed. The lady spilled the hot wax on my friend's face, wax getting into her eye. It was an absolute mess. It even pulled my friend's eyelashes out and the best part of all? They still had her pay full price. After getting my upper lip waxed that same day, I had a painful and terribly visible rash for the next two weeks. This was a result of not only burning my lip, but waxing over the same area more than once in one sitting. Fast forward to over a year later. I decided to give them another shot, as they seemed to have completely upgraded their salon space and they are conveniently located right by my work. This time I'm only looking to get my brows waxed. I notice that this lady is not the same lady from the mishap over a year earlier. She does my eyebrows and for some reason it was way more painful than any other time I've gotten my eyebrows waxed and she was doing things to them that I have never experienced before. When she showed them to me, I wanted to scream. They were REALLY thin. I naturally have thicker eyebrows and whenever I get them done they just clean them up and give them some shape. But this lady thinned them out so much, I looked like a different person (and not in a good way.) She did not even mention that she was going to thin them. They were SO sore immediately after. I woke up today (the day after) and there are nasty red burn marks under each eyebrow. They're completely noticeable and sore to the touch. 

Like I said, I can't speak for the nails. But this salon DOES NOT know what they are doing when it comes to waxing. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE. I REPEAT, ABORT MISSION.

Go here every time I am in Florida.. have never ever had a problem..friendly and not pricey..at least not for us Canadians...stop the hate and get a life..
