I called for a same day appointment to fix a bad color/cut and got right in! Brandon did a fantastic job not only fixing the problem but giving me the exact style I'd hoped for. I'll definitely be going back!!!

I made an appointment for wedding hair and makeup trial two weeks in advance, and made the appointment so it aligned with a going away party for me that night. A few days before my appointment, the stylist from the salon canceled on me over text message. It wouldn't be such an issue if I hadn't strategically planned the appointment, and wasn't leaving for ~6 months a few days after. I understand things happen, but for a high end salon, I'd expect more professionalism, and maybe even backup stylists to fill in. I probably will not schedule any future appointments here when I come back, because I don't want to be cancelled on again.
