During our first trip through the area, Sparkling Waters was recommended by locals as being the go-to place for fine dining. We received exceptional service from both the hostess and our server. The food was delicious, well-prepared and nicely presented. Our server did a wonderful job, not rushing the dinner, just as we requested and making sure we were well taken care off. We would recommend the restaurant to anyone wanting a special evening.

Very nice atmosphere. Extremely good food and priced a bit above the $$ range. I would change it to $$$ for Bemidji. We loved it and there were many items on the menu for us to decide on. We will come back on another date night!

We went to Sparkling Waters for the first time last night, we ordered and then waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for our entrees. Everyone else in our dining room had come in at the same time or after us and they had all finished their meals and dessert and were leaving before we had even gotten our food. I had ordered a medium-well fillet mignon and when it came I cut into it and it poured blood all over my plate, it's was barely considered rare. My side dishes were soaked in blood. The waitress came out and used a fork to remove the steak from plate and took it back to the kitchen, a few minutes later came back with it slightly less bloody but still completely rare and the meat was so fatty I could hardly cut it with the steak knife. We asked for our check without me eating my meal because we had been there for an hour and a half at that point. And we still got charged $25 for my plate. All the waitress had to say was "sorry it didn't workout for you." It took up most of our date time and we ended up missing our other plans because of the awful service. And our $5 to a bell after was delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere and people. Many little nooks and crannies to find your perfect spot and patio dog friendly to. The food was delicious with a beautiful presentation nowexpected we didn't expect

Excellent grouper! Thanks for a delicious meal. Creme Brule is my favorite dessert.
