I'm new to San Antonio and being new to an area car trouble is a nightmare! You don't know which places are fair and honest or which places just want you hard earned money and will rip you off! I came across Sparks in a Google search of places close to me work good reviews. Almost all the reviews (as you see) spoke of their fairness and their honesty. So I gave them a chance and I am SO glad I did!! Very professional, fast service, friendly, and my car is FIXED!! I will ALWAYS use them as long as I'm here in San Antonio!! Trustworthy, Fair, and Honest!!

I had been taking both my vehicles here in the past 1 1/2 years while John was at this location. I gave high recommendations at that time. However,  since he has left I can never get anyone to pull up my account information to review my previous work I had done. They say they don't have a key and the owner only had it.  After numerous calls and drop in the owner never seems to be there.  When I asked why is he never there I was told it's not there business and they don't know...My review has changed to very dissatisfied. Now,  I need to find another place.. I was once so happy with Sparks service..Paul had always been nice, but the other guy really had an attitude!!

Honest mechanic, always gives a fair price. Every time I get work done there my car always sounds amazing. This time my car died overnight and I took it in the morning. He worked on it and it was done by lunch time. Something went wrong with my car later that day, so he sent someone out to my work to fix it. Runs great now. I even checked his quotes with a friend of mine and he said his prices were fair.

Need an HONEST car care center? 
Then SPARKS CAR CARE is the place to be with Manager Joe and Mechanic Paul!
Yesterday evening my check engine light came on.  I drove to an auto part store to have the diagnostics run.  They told me "You need new spark plugs."  Then they cleared the codes!  
I took my car to SPARKS CAR CARE this morning and met Joe and Paul.  They pulled the spark plugs and the spark plugs were clean as a whistle!  They DID NOT charge me for a Tune Up w/Fuel Injection Service.  Instead, they told me to come back in when the check engine light comes back on and then they could run the diagnostics and tell exactly why my car is misfiring!  AN HONEST COMPANY!!! VERY REFRESHING, DON'T YOU THINK?

I finally found an honest mechanic! A place that actually FIX the problem you have with your vehicle. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Sparks shop to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
