I am really disappointed I am pregnant and have been waiting on some very important test result that I was told would take 2 to 3 days and its been 8 days and no one has called ive messaged and no answer I'm stressed and need to know but no one will answer me. With my first pregnancy everything and everyone was wonderful but this time everyone is hateful and unhelpful and what im having to wait on is a really sensitive and worrisome issue you thing theyd get back as soon as possible...its really disappointing because I loved sparks so much with my first pregnancy but after this one I will have no more kids because mercy is 100 times worse and if sparks cant get back to me on this im not risking this again its to stressful.

We were greeted with fast curtious service in the emergency room my father in law had an oversized kidney stone which they took him right to pre op and after surgery was sent to a room over night which he was treated great and I had went to the nurses station for several request and every time treated with a friendly and curtious staff I found not one ride person I would highly recommend this hospital
